WHAT: In a January 13 Wall Street Journal article titled “A Better Mouse House May Help New York In Research Rat Race,” Dr. Gerald Fischbach, executive vice president of health and biomedical sciences and dean of the Faculties of Medicine and Health Sciences, and three Columbia colleagues talk about the shortage of appropriate facilities for mouse research in Manhattan.
