Kate and Anton: A Supercomputer Facilitates Medical Research

A look at work from the labs of CUMC’s graduate programs

National Science Foundation fellow Kate Stafford is working to enrich our understanding of how proteins balance stability and flexibility, with the help of Anton—a supercomputer that performs molecular dynamics simulations.
