The months of October and November represented a launchfest for multiple new clinical locations. Columbia celebrated the launch of multiple FPO practices in Yonkers and Bronxville as well as the Center for Precision Dental Medicine at the Columbia University College of Dental Medicine on the main campus.

Center for Precision Dental Medicine:
The new Center for Precision Dental Medicine at Columbia University College of Dental Medicine is located on the fifth floor of the Vanderbilt Clinic at 622 W. 168th Street. The center officially launched with an open house on November 16. Clinical staff, faculty, and student practitioners mingled with attendees and shared information about the center’s services. The facility has 48 operatories, dedicated teaching spaces, and technology to advance data sciences, precision dental medicine, and precision education. The center is contiguous with the dental school’s seventh-, eighth-, and ninth-floor patient care clinics, where dentists-in-training work with faculty to provide comprehensive, affordable care.
